Tina is a licensed mental health counselor. She obtained her Master’s degree in counseling from Liberty University in Virginia and has been working in the mental health community for 15 years. Prior to being a therapist, she was a middle school teacher for 10 years. She has experience helping children, teens, and adults with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief, and relationship issues. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy.
As a therapist, she uses an integrated approach; cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-based therapy, and child-parent psychotherapy to meet each client where they are. She is able to see clients who need a Spanish-speaking therapist. Si habla español and offers Christian counseling.
