Sabina holds a bachelor’s Degree in Communications, minor in Marketing from the University of West Florida. She is a visionary marketing leader and mental health advocate. Sabina has over 15 years of elder healthcare experience, working in assisted living and with community agencies for senior healthcare. Sabina is Core licensed by the State of Florida (Assisted Living) and serves on several committees for senior advocacy, dementia and mental health. Sabina leads the older adult mental health division, BMH Therapy, which provides mental health psychotherapy in senior and assisted living communities around the Tampa Bay area. Sabina’s passion for senior healthcare has a personal connection from being a caregiver for her father, with complex medical needs, for over 19 years.
Sabina is also a registered yoga teacher who conducts individual and small group classes to improve mental health through yoga, meditation and gratitude.
