Jackie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of South Florida in Social Work. She then went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. Her professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family counseling.
Jackie has worked with many agencies including community mental health, Pinellas County School system, Department of Juvenile Justice, and Family Service Centers, now Suncoast Center. She has worked extensively with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma as well as adults struggling with addiction. Jackie comes from a Strength’s Based perspective, always focusing on the client’s strengths. Solution Focus and Cognitive Behavioral are also some of the therapeutic approaches Jackie uses.
Jackie works with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, she offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each of her clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth for which they are striving.
